Pm Modi's Personal website - narendramodi.in runs a Twitter account "@narendramodi_in". Recently it was Hacked by an unknown person (Hacker).
After hacking the account, hacker posted a tweet and ask followers to donate bitcoin as relief fund in the given bitcoin address.
