Qatar on edge, explosions heard in Doha as Iran rains missiles on US bases - Amid rising Iran-Israel tensions, US’ strikes on Iran’s fortified nuclear site have sparked fears of widening of conflict. The fear turned into reality when Iran allegedly launched missiles at American military base in Qatar As per Reuters, Qatar Air Defences intercepted a missile attack on US military base Al Udeid, cited defence minister. Reacting to the attack, Qatar said that it reserves right to respond after Iranian attack on US military base in Doha, Reuters reported. Meanwhile, Qatar's Defence Ministry said that they are ready to ‘deal with any danger.’ Meanwhile, US was already prepared for possibility that Iran could attack US bases in retaliation in the West Asia.
