NATO foreign ministers meet at Alliance Hall in Brussels amid US trade tariffs stir - NATO foreign ministers gathered in Brussels on on Thursday (April 3) as tensions rose over President Donald Trump's steep new trade tariffs. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio was among those who attended the meeting, as Europeans hoped he would dispel doubts about the U.S. stance even with tensions rising over Trump's sweeping tariffs on imports from U.S. trading partners.
