He also promised that those who have leaked papers won’t be spared. While addressing the event Bhajanlal Sharma said, “We had promised in our manifesto that there would be no more paper leaks. Those who have leaked papers we will not spare them. Moreover, we have put many of the accused from previous paper leaks behind bars.
