The main reason of removing paytm is the 'Paytm First Game'. During this ipl 2020 season, paytm has started a betting service on its app "Paytm First Game".

The company has integrated 'paytm first Game' services into the main "Paytm Mobile Recharge, Upi" app. This caused Paytm Mobile Recharge app was also Removed by Google.
